I started Rustic Oak Capital with the goal of acquiring one great business. Rustic Oak hopes to partner with a retiring entrepreneur who is looking for a succession plan for their small business. We are not a private equity firm seeking a quick financial return or a strategic acquisition. I am looking to buy a business to run for the long term with the goal of continuing the legacy of the enterprise, owner, and the employees.
